Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 07/27/2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between College Soccer Recruiting Services LLC ("CSRS," "Company," "we," "us") and you ("Client," "you"). By using our website, booking a session, purchasing any service, registering for any event, or checking the acceptance box at checkout, you agree to these Terms on your own behalf and on behalf of any athlete you register.
THESE TERMS CONTAIN AN ASSUMPTION OF RISK, A RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, A MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION, A CONSENT TO RECORDING, AND A LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. READ THEM CAREFULLY. THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND THOSE OF THE ATHLETE.
1. Definitions
● "Athlete" — the youth participant receiving services.
● "Client" / "you" — the parent or legal guardian who establishes the account, provides consent, and is financially responsible.
● "Services" — memberships, consultations, private and small group training, camps, clinics and events, digital products, and any other offering.
● "In-Person Activity" — any Service involving physical participation at a field, facility, or event venue.
2. Eligibility, authority and parental consent
Services involving an athlete under 18 must be purchased and managed by a parent or legal guardian. By establishing an account, registering an athlete, or accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian with full legal authority to consent on the athlete's behalf; that the information you provide is accurate and complete; and that you accept these Terms, including the release and waiver provisions, for yourself and on behalf of the athlete.
3. Description of services
Recruiting membership
A recurring monthly membership providing recruiting guidance, scheduled member calls, recruiting resources, and support with the athlete's recruiting plan, delivered virtually. Inclusions are described at the point of purchase and may be updated from time to time.
Consultations
Introductory and paid consultations delivered by video conference. Consultations are advisory.
Private and small group training
In-person soccer training at designated locations. Training is an In-Person Activity involving physical exertion and inherent risk.
ID camps, clinics and events
In-person events which may include attendance by college coaches. Attendance by any particular coach, program, or institution is never guaranteed.
Digital products
Guides, templates, and materials delivered electronically.
4. Memberships, automatic renewal and billing
Memberships are subscriptions that renew automatically. By purchasing a membership you authorize CSRS, through our payment processor, to charge your payment method the then-current fee on a recurring basis until you cancel.
● Fee: as stated at checkout (currently $299 per month for the Individual Recruiting Membership).
● Frequency: monthly, on the same calendar day as the original purchase, until cancelled.
● Renewal: automatic; no action is required by you for the membership to continue.
● Cancellation: at any time, effective at the end of the current paid period (Section 5).
● Price changes: advance notice will be provided before any change to your recurring fee takes effect.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Memberships
Cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues through that period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law. Partial-period refunds are not provided.
Small group and private training
Small group sessions require a minimum of two registered players. If the minimum is not met, the session is cancelled and all registrants are refunded in full no later than twelve hours before the scheduled start. Sessions are capped at ten players. Payment is collected at registration. Registrant cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable; earlier cancellations may be refunded or credited at our discretion.
Consultations
Paid consultations may be rescheduled without charge with at least [24] hours notice. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
Camps and events
Event fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by CSRS, in which case registrants receive a full refund or credit at their election. Weather, facility, or coach-availability changes may result in rescheduling rather than cancellation.
Digital products
Non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or downloaded, given their nature.
6. Scheduling, supervision and conduct
You are responsible for attendance and punctuality. Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of scheduling privileges.
A parent or legal guardian must be present for any session involving a minor, whether virtual or in person. CSRS does not conduct one-on-one sessions with a minor without a parent or guardian present, and does not maintain private communication channels with minors; communications include or copy the parent or guardian.
Athletes and accompanying adults must conduct themselves respectfully toward staff, coaches, officials, facility personnel, and other participants, and must follow facility rules and staff instructions. We may remove any participant from a session or event, without refund, for conduct that is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive.
7. Consent to recording of virtual sessions
All virtual consultations, member calls, and video sessions are recorded, and may be transcribed and summarized using automated tools, as a standard condition of receiving virtual services. Recording protects both parties by preserving an accurate record of the guidance provided, the commitments made, and the conduct of the session.
By accepting these Terms you consent, on your own behalf and on behalf of the athlete and any other participant you permit to join, to the recording, transcription, storage, and internal use of those sessions. If you do not consent, we cannot provide virtual services. Handling and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.

● Athletic ability
● Academic record
● Character and conduct
● Injury history
● Coach preferences
● Team needs
● Roster availability
● Geographic recruiting priorities
● NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, and institutional requirements
Company makes no representations or warranties regarding future recruiting outcomes. Fees are paid for services rendered, not for results achieved. No statement by any CSRS representative, in marketing, consultation, or otherwise, shall be construed as a guarantee of any outcome listed above.
9. Assumption of risk — in-person activities
You acknowledge that soccer and athletic training are physically demanding and involve inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of care taken. These include, without limitation: muscle strains and sprains; ligament and tendon injuries; fractures and dislocations; dental and facial injuries; concussion and other traumatic brain injury; heat illness and dehydration; cardiac events; injury from collision with participants, equipment, goals, or fixed objects; hazards of field, turf, weather, and facility conditions; and the risk of permanent disability or death.
You knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks on your own behalf and on behalf of the athlete.
10. Release and waiver of liability
In consideration of the athlete being permitted to participate, you, on behalf of yourself, the athlete, and your respective heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, RELEASE, WAIVE, AND DISCHARGE College Soccer Recruiting Services LLC and its members, officers, employees, coaches, contractors, volunteers, agents, and facility providers (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, and liabilities for injury, illness, death, or property loss arising out of or related to participation in any Service, INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This release does not extend to gross negligence, recklessness, willful misconduct, or any liability that may not be released under applicable law.
For In-Person Activities, a separately signed Waiver, Release and Consent Package is also required before participation. Acceptance of these Terms does not remove that requirement.
11. Medical authorization and emergency treatment
You represent that the athlete is physically fit to participate and has no condition making participation unsafe, or that you have disclosed any such condition in writing. CSRS does not provide medical care or on-site medical personnel unless expressly stated for a specific event.
If you cannot be reached in an emergency, you authorize CSRS staff to obtain emergency medical care for the athlete, including transport, examination, and treatment by licensed medical personnel, and you accept financial responsibility for all resulting costs. You are responsible for maintaining health insurance covering the athlete.
You understand that concussion is a serious brain injury; that an athlete suspected of sustaining one will be removed from participation immediately; and that return to activity requires clearance from a qualified healthcare provider.
12. Photography, video and media
Recruiting use: you authorize CSRS to capture and share the athlete's image, video, name, and athletic and academic profile with college coaches, programs, and recruiting personnel as part of the recruiting services engaged. This use is integral to the Services.
Marketing use: you grant CSRS permission to use photographs, video, and audio of the athlete captured during sessions and events in CSRS marketing materials, website, social media, and promotional content, without compensation. This permission is granted as part of these Terms and is a condition of participation in CSRS services.
Revocation: you may request revocation of marketing consent prospectively by written notice to hello@csrecruiter.com. We will honor reasonable requests going forward and will make reasonable efforts to remove the athlete from future materials, but revocation does not require removal of materials already published, printed, or distributed.
13. Third parties, facilities and other participants
We use third-party facilities, fields, contractors, and guest coaches, and our events may include college coaches and other participants whom we do not control. CSRS is not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, or conduct of any third party, including any facility, coach, program, institution, participant, or family.
14. Payments, failed payments and chargebacks
You authorize charges to the payment method provided. If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend Services until resolved. You agree to contact billing@csrecruiter.com to resolve any billing dispute before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of Services.
15. Intellectual property and license
All CSRS content, curricula, templates, guides, recruiting materials, and digital products are our intellectual property. Purchase grants a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use them for the benefit of your own athlete. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share access credentials for, or create derivative works from our materials. Member resources are licensed for the duration of an active membership.
16. Communications consent
By providing contact information you consent to service-related communications by email and, where you provide a mobile number and opt in, by text message, including confirmations and reminders. You may opt out of marketing at any time; transactional and service messages are necessary to deliver the Services.
17. Disclaimers
SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CSRS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
18. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CSRS AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST OPPORTUNITIES, LOST SCHOLARSHIPS, OR LOST PROSPECTIVE ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE. TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO CSRS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of the athlete's participation, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or the inaccuracy of information you provide.
20. Dispute resolution
The parties will first attempt informal resolution by contacting hello@csrecruiter.com.
21. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
22. General
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign in connection with a business transfer. These Terms, together with any signed waiver package and policies referenced at the point of purchase, constitute the entire agreement. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a new effective date and continued use constitutes acceptance.
