Privacy Policy

‍Effective date: 07/27/2026

College Soccer Recruiting Services LLC ("CSRS," "we," "us") is a Wyoming limited liability company providing college soccer recruiting guidance and related services. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and your choices. It applies to our website, services, and communications.

1. Who this policy covers‍ ‍

Our clients are families of youth athletes, most of whom are minors. "You" means the parent or legal guardian who establishes and manages the account and provides consent. "Athlete" means the youth participant whose information is provided by that adult. Minors do not establish accounts, make purchases, or provide consent directly.

2. Information we collect

Provided by you

  • Identity and contact details for parent/guardian and athlete: names, email, phone, mailing address, date of birth.

  • Athletic information: club, team, league, position(s), physical measurements, competition history, awards, target division and programs.

  • Academic information: school, GPA, standardized test scores, intended major, graduation year.

  • Media: photographs, headshots, highlight and game film links.

  • Health and emergency information, where required for in-person participation: emergency contacts, relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, insurance details.

  • Communications: emails, form submissions, intake responses, messages.

Created during service delivery

  • Scheduling records, attendance, and session history.

  • Consultant notes, recruiting plans, target school lists, outreach records.

  • Recordings, transcripts, and automated summaries of virtual sessions (see Section 5).

Collected automatically

  • Technical and usage data from our website platform and analytics, including device and browser type, pages viewed, approximate location from IP address, and cookies.

Payment information

  • Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers. We receive limited transaction data such as payer name and email, amount, date, card brand, last four digits, and transaction identifiers.

‍3. How we use information

  • To provide, personalize, and improve recruiting services, consultations, training, and events.

  • To build athlete profiles and recruiting materials and conduct outreach to college programs.

  • To schedule sessions and manage attendance.

  • To process payments, manage memberships and renewals, and issue receipts.

  • To communicate about accounts, sessions, events, and service updates.

  • To maintain accurate records of the guidance provided, and to protect both the client and CSRS in the event of a dispute.

  • To operate safely at in-person activities and meet legal, insurance, and record-keeping obligations.

  • For limited marketing of our own services, from which you may opt out.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Sharing information with college programs

Presenting athletes to college programs is a core purpose of our recruiting services. By engaging those services you authorize us to share athlete information — including name, contact details, athletic and academic profile, photographs, and highlight or game film — with college coaches, recruiting staff, and program personnel in pursuit of recruiting opportunities on the athlete's behalf. You may withdraw or limit this authorization at any time by emailing hello@csrecruiter.com. Withdrawal applies going forward; we cannot retrieve information already delivered to a third party.

5. Recording of virtual sessions

All virtual consultations, member calls, and video sessions are recorded, and may be transcribed and summarized using automated tools. Recording is a standard condition of receiving virtual services. We record for the protection of both parties: to maintain an accurate record of the guidance provided, to capture commitments and next steps, to support quality, and to provide an objective record in the event of a dispute. Participants are notified that the session is recorded, and by accepting our Terms & Conditions you consent to recording on your own behalf and on behalf of the athlete. Recordings, transcripts, and summaries are stored in our systems, used to support the athlete's recruiting plan, and retained per Section 8. If you do not consent to recording, we cannot provide virtual sessions.

6. Minors: consent, supervision and communication

Our services are directed to parents and legal guardians, not to children. For every athlete under 18:

  • A parent or legal guardian must establish the account, make all purchases, and provide all consents.

  • A parent or legal guardian must be present for any virtual or in-person session involving a minor. We do not conduct one-on-one sessions with a minor without a parent or guardian present.

  • Direct communication with a minor includes or copies the parent or guardian. We do not maintain private communication channels with minors.

  • All sessions involving minors are recorded, consistent with Section 5, as a safeguard.

  • We do not knowingly collect information directly from a child without parental involvement. If you believe a child provided information without parental consent, email hello@csrecruiter.com and we will delete it promptly.

7. How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to operate, and only with recipients bound to protect it. Categories of recipients:

  • Payment processing (Stripe, a PCI-compliant provider — named so you know your card data is not stored by us).

  • Technology and operations providers: website hosting and storefront, appointment scheduling, client relationship management, video conferencing, business email, and workflow automation providers that process data on our behalf under contract.

  • College programs and coaches, as described in Section 4.

  • Professional advisors: accountants, insurers, and legal counsel, as needed.

  • Legal and safety: where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, or protect a participant's safety.

  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

8. Data retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide services, support the athlete's recruiting process, and meet legal, tax, insurance, and record-keeping obligations. Session recordings and summaries are retained for a reasonable period supporting service delivery and dispute resolution. Signed waivers and incident records for minors are retained for an extended period consistent with applicable limitation periods. Information no longer needed is deleted or de-identified.

9. Security

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and reputable providers with their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

10. Your rights and choices

Subject to your location, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; request a copy of information we hold; opt out of marketing; and be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, including rights to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information. To exercise a right, email hello@csrecruiter.com. We may verify your identity and, where a minor is involved, your authority as parent or guardian. Certain records — including financial records, signed waivers, and recordings relevant to a dispute — may be retained where we have a legal basis or obligation to keep them.

11. Changes and contact

‍We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions: hello@csrecruiter.com.
