Iman Siadat
Iman Siadat is the heart of CSRS's recruiting work. From 2006 to 2023, he served as the ECNL and College Recruiting Director at De Anza Force — one of Northern California's top clubs — guiding hundreds of players and families through the college recruiting process. Over his career he has placed more than 500 student-athletes into college programs, from Division I powerhouses like UCLA, Cal, Oregon, Texas, Florida, Duke, Vanderbilt, TCU, Santa Clara, and Cal Poly to elite academic institutions including Harvard, Dartmouth, Columbia, MIT, Johns Hopkins, and Tufts.
Iman treats college recruiting with the seriousness of a job interview. He helps athletes build a genuinely strong athletic and academic profile, communicate effectively with college coaches, and present themselves with the confidence it takes to stand out — while giving families an honest read on where their athlete realistically fits. There's no one-size-fits-all script; his guidance comes from real, working relationships with coaches across every division.
