Built by coaches. focused on you.

College Soccer Recruiting Services exists to fix what's broken in youth recruiting — too much hype, too little honesty. We help student-athletes confidently navigate the college recruiting process and find the right collegiate fit: athletically, academically, socially, and financially.

Guidance, not a sales pitch.

Most services chase exposure and run every family through the same script. We're different — we're coaches who actively recruit, evaluate, develop, and place players. So the advice you get is honest, personalized, and grounded in how the process really works. Our job is to help your family make better decisions, not sell you more noise.

The CSRS Team

Iman Siadat

Iman is the heart of CSRS's recruiting work. He played college soccer at the University of Connecticut and professionally in the USL before spending nearly two decades coaching and developing players - including years as College Recruitment Director at De Anza Force, one of Northern California's top clubs. Iman has guided countless families through the recruiting maze and built genuine, working relationships with college coaches across every division. When he tells a family where their athlete realistically fits, it's grounded in a career spent evaluating, developing, and placing players at the next level.

Ryan Masch

Ryan Masch pairs a player's pedigree with an operator's discipline. He played Division I soccer at Santa Clara University - an attacking midfielder who earned All-WCC honors and scored game-winners against the likes of Duke and Stanford - after coming up through the U.S. Soccer Development Academy as a youth All-American, and went on to play professionally. Today he's an ECNL RL Director and coach with De Anza Force, the club where he first developed as a player, so he understands the recruiting timeline from every angle. At CSRS, Ryan builds the systems that keep every family's process organized, on-track, and personal.

Mitchell Angeles

Mitchell works directly with families just getting started. Often the first point of contact at CSRS, he helps families understand the process, find the service that fits, and take a confident first step. His focus is simple: make sure every family feels informed and supported from day one.
